Searching for sticky note program to overlay on windows application

hey guys, i am searching for a sticky note program that i can make quick notes with, and position then on top of a game i am playing - so basically the sticky note need to be:

* very small in size if possible, just literally a couple words / numers. I find that lots of the sticky note programs only allows fairly large sized sticky notes so any really small sticky options would be great.

* if possible capable of running on top of another windows program. that way i can place the stickies on top of the game without having to select the sticky program from the taskbar every time i want to access the info

if anyone knows anything that could help me here i would very grateful, thanks in advance for any help
