searching help to fix my memory ram

Hello guys, I was wondering why my memory RAM(patriot viper red 2x4gb) it is like this and if there is any way to fix. thx and sry for bad english.

Not normal at all. my system use 0.1 of ram so I have 7.9/8 to me.

if it a laptop or a pc with on board video some of the system ram will be used for video. if it a desktop and you have a gpu and onboard video go into the bios and turn off onboard video. in windows bring up task manager and make sure the max ram tab is check.
