SearchUI.exe location help?

Hello everyone

I messed up with SearchUI.exe... I took it out of it's main folder (because... long story) and now I can't get it back because I forgot it's location, I want it back because I have no Search bar anymore (doesn't work). I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

And 2 other locations.

Very helpful, thanks, found the one, but my issue is, I've lost my original SearchUI.exe... there are 5 of them, none of them works, is there a way that I get it back, I mean, download the original from somwhere, please inform me more, the Search menu is a big help for me
