Seasonic 620 vs xfx xtr 650

Hi. I'm want to buy a power supply and I want know which is better.
Seasonic m12ii 620w bronze plus or xfx xtr 650w gold and single rail.

The XTR Series are Seasonic inside but with their own case and fan. And are very good.
I got a XTR 750 btw.
