Seasonic focus 650W 80 Plus Gold good enough?

the 650w good enough or Seasonic 750W 80 Plus Titanium for the following build.

Mobo: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1
CPU: I7-4790k
GPU: Evga Gtx 1080 ti ftw 3
AIO: Corsair h100i v2
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws x 16gb 1600
PSU: Seasonic focus 650W 80 Plus Gold

Just want to know if my current psu has enough head room for me to overclock my components. I have seen people just go for a 750w psu instead of just the recommend psu. Thanks in advance yall.
