It would work. But if you do marathon gaming or overclocking and want to keep it over 5 years, spend a little extra for the 850 model. I have would go for the 850 myself.

Can you test in stress for 30min? I'm interesting how much space there it really is.

750w is plenty, NVidia recommend 750w when running a 10900k. I’ve been carefully watching my Seasonic Prime Ultra Platinum 650w which is running a 3700X with PBO on and Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC and it’s running perfectly for near enough 1 month. My calculations suggested it’s very unlikely to use over 550w. I added a smart plug 2 days ago and have been watching the power usage at the wall while gaming and it never exceeds 450w for the whole system. I might go stress test the whole system now and see what it takes.

Ok just ran 3D Mark Port Royal and Cinebench R20 at the same time. Max power at the wall was 546w so actual system usage is a few % lower. I have over 100w (>16%) headroom.
