Should I replace the power supply fan?

Yes, i always use this seasonic PSU in hybrid mode, when i use without Hybrid mode is more noiser. I posted another video.

HA1225H12F-Z
Is maybe 2 pin, can i change it to Arctic P12PMW (4pin)? or Fractal Danymic X2 GP12 (3pin) with some reduction?
