The CX series is decent but it's far from the best Corsair have to offer. Think I would go for the seasonic one in this case. If you care about how the inside of your PC looks (like if you have a window in the case or something), corsair is a good brand to go for because they have a lot of coloured braided cables on the market while seasonic does not have any.

The seasonic would be better. Better quality and they manufacture their own. Corsairs in the CX series are manufactured by channel well and use cheaper capacitors which is why they're usually cheap. Not sure why, everyone wants a top end cpu, top end gpu, then wants to run bargain bin psu's in their system. Doesn't make for good sense to want to power $1000 worth of equipment on a $40-50 psu. I guess that's why they're so popular, it's everyone's go-to lately. But then there's a reason they're all but giving them away.

Seasonic is a way better PSU in terms of quality.
