Will the Psu handle it without any problem?

Nothin at all. It's good. I'm just saying that a bigger one gives a better current spike protection from the wall current but from OC also and many other things. The only requirement for that is to be a good respected brand.

More wattage doesn't equate to better ripple protection. A 750W EVGA B2 will have similar voltage protection as a 620W M12II, if he doesn't need a bigger unit, why to recommend so. The current unit (M12II) is great quality wise.
