Seasonic M12ii-620w decent?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a seasonic m12ii 620 watt psu to replace my cheesy zumax "650w" psu. need to know in a nutshell if this is a good idea or should I look at other brands and models in the $80 range? Here's the psu

Seasonic makes what I believe is the best power supplies on the planet. It is the only brand I buy.

Ended up ordering a seasonic g series 550w because it's haswell combatible. Hopefully it will be powerful enough.
