I'm thinking of picking Corsair RM 750x since it's gold but from what I know, Seasonic only had a very few bad models and their PSUs are very reliable. I know M12II is older but is it good? I need one of them before I'm going to buy a graphics card because I am currently using a generic PSU (ain't gonna risk my components since I had just replaced my broken m/b after almost 4 years of using it)

PC specs:
Intel i5 4670k @ currently stock until i get a great air cooler
MSI Z97 PC Mate
G.Skills Ripjaws X 8gb 1600mhz
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Do you also think my rig is still going to be "relevant" for a few more years assuming I were to OC it to somewhere around 4.5ghz? I heard it will barely bottleneck games and that it would even be a good pair with 1070/1080 not that I'm getting one of those but still.

The M12II 750W and above aren't group regulated. 😉

The reason why I'm picking a 600-750w is for future-proofing, I may probably use the PSU again for my next build..... or not.
I'm probably going for Seasonic Focus+ 650FX Gold Full modular, is it great?

Very few single-GPU systems need more than 450w at the moment. A 550w PSU is more than enough for even an i7 8700k OC + GTX 1080ti OC system. And GPUs for the past half decade generally have been increasing in performance while not using any more power, since they are getting more efficient. Unless you plan to SLI, 550w will be enough.

The Focus+ is a great unit, but to determine if it's a good buy depends on pricing and competition.
