nVidia wattage recomendation is a bit off but most 750W PSUs handle RTX3080 allright, Seasonic Prime doesn't. Either buy 850W minimum or don't buy Seasonic. Thanks guys.
@Juular Regarding the RTX 3080... I could see myself upgrading to such when supply returns to normal. Nvidia's web page says 750W required power. I'm guessing this is for the founder's edition. Also ASUS's models require 750 or 850 depending on the model. Is it too close for comfort? I don't mind going with non-oc'd card 5-10% performance doesn't matter to me.
I agree, wattage needs a stabilized flow.As long as the wattage is sufficient, I see no reason not to use it.
