Got gifted a Seasonic Prime TX-850 80+ Platinum from my father in-law who knows I've been planning a PC upgrade.

Is this a good enough PSU for the below planned specs?

MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge Wifi
i7 10700K
Deepcool Castle 360 EX
Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x8)
Some 3080 card (MSI Trio if I can get it)
Samsung Evo 970 Evo x 2
Samsung Evo 870
Phanteks Evolv X

I'm wondering if the 850W is sufficient especially with the 3080?

Thanks for any help!

Solution
Definitely, you could actually probably run a 3080 on a 650W. 750W is recommended - and often that figure comes from manufacturers knowing people will buy trash PSUs.

It's an excellent PSU and more than enough.
