hi,
i've been researching about this SeaSonic S12-600 power supply for last few days, since my old Antac True Power 430W became unstable.
i read a lot of reviews that this SeaSonic S12-600 PSU is a good one.
I have Asus A8V Deluxe w/ Athlon X2 4600+
All reviews I saw was for SLI configuration w/ PCIe.
My current system has no SLI nor PCIe; it has AGP 8X
I'm looking for SLI support one,
cuz i'll be upgrading my computer in 6 months.
I read that Athlon 64 family need at least 26A on 12V rail,
most of these dual 12v rails have less than 26A each.
Would this PSU work w/ my system?
I have many things connected, too.
I'm looking for an good PSU if SeaSonic S12-600 doesn't fit.
Is there a PSU that might fit for AGP system and PCIe system?
any help would be thankful.
Spec:
AMD Athlon X2 3600+ OCed to 2.7Ghz
ASUS A8V Deluxe
Corsair XMS DDR 3200 2GB OCed
Geforce 6800 GT OCed to 530Mhz Core/ 1150 Mhz DDR3 effective
4 HDDs (2 sata, 2 pata),
DVDRW, DVD, CDRW, etc.
