SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze for a i7 7700k and a RX 480

I'm planning to buy a SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze, a good PSU listed in the Tier 2.
Now, the thing is, that I'm planning to upgrade my PC with an i7 7700k, overclock it a little bit, and an RX 480.

Is this PSU enought? My calculations with overclock drop a 382 W consumption at 90% TDP, and 395 W at 100%.

The Seasonic S12II-520 should be enough even with an i7-7700K + RX 480 and basic components connected to your motherboard/PSU.

If you want more headroom for almost the same price, the S12II-620 is only $2 more expensive:
