Seasonic S12II 520 vs antec vp550p which one is better and why ?

hello everyone
my rig is this
core i3 2120 3.30 ghz
MSI gtx 760 2 gb twinfrozr OC
8 gb 1333 mhz ddr 3 ram
WD 1 tb HDD
DELL S2240L monitor
2 cabinet fans
between these two which one should i buy ?
because both are very good brands and I am confused.

I usually vote for Seasonic, but the Antec has good specs and is a solid unit.

The Antec has 540w continuous and 550w peak with 30A on each of two +12v rails.

The Seasonic has 480w continuous and 520w peak with 20A on each of two +12v rails.


In this battle, even though the Seasonic is a very high quality unit, I think my vote is for the Antec. Either unit would be fine though.
