Seasonic S12II 520w 80+ bronze

Is seasonic S12II is good for normal gaming

Specs
GTX 1060 2 fans 8pins
I7 7700
H110 motherboard
8gb DDR4
1tb hdd
Cd/DVD writer combo
2 case fans

I am asking this because somewhere on Tom's hardware I read a thread in which it is written that 80 plus bronze power supplies are tested with 115 volt only but in my home 230 volts are coming then what does that 115 volt mean and is my system is compatible with that 520 watt power supply
If 520 watt 80 plus power supply is not good for my system I can go for SEASONIC S12G-550 550W POWER SUPPLY 80+ GOLD

Which one is better any suggestions

110V (ish) is the standard in the US. A lot of the world uses 230V (ish).

Some (usually cheap, poor quality) PSUs have variants regionally, so a 110V model from the US would not be much use abroad.

Quality PSUs, like the S12II accommodate a range (100-230V i believe) automatically, and will work accordingly with the outlet they are attached to.

The S12II is a quality PSU, compatible with your power circuits and sufficient for your system.

You don't have anything to worry about.

I didn't see that, but looks like the OP edited as I was replying, maybe that's what they added in?

If the price is comparable, I'd opt for the G being a newer platform, but the S12II is still a quality PSU.

My S12II has happily powered a relatively power-hungry AMD FX + GTX 970 system that can pull 400W + from the wall for years. I'd recommend it...but if I were to buy a new one, it would be a modular Seasonic with Haswell sleep state support.

Yeah I know that s12g is good as price is also more around 800INR but my question is that can I use seasonic S12II 520w 80+ bronze for my build ....if 520w is unable to deliver enough power to my system then obviously I need to go for s12g so tell me is S12II 520w is good enough..

For PSUs that are only offering US compatibility (of which there are only a few these days), the 110V 80+ efficiency requirements must be met.

Same goes for 230V areas - the efficiency 'requirements' are a little lower, but still applicable.

For a PSU to achieve an 80+ bronze rating, while offering both 110V and 230V compatiblity, it must meet the requirements for both:

however as I understand it a unit that meets 115V efficiency standard meets the 230V standard as well in 99999 of 100000 cases

Seasonic S12II's aren't compatible with the CPU sleep states due to it's older design. I would consider the G due to it's newer compatible design and superior quality.
