Seasonic S12II 520w for PSU?

So, I'm having a problem with my PSU(Corsair VS450) I think and I will buy a new one. The Seasonic S12II 520 is my option. Is this worth it? Right now, I have:

i3-4170
Palit GTX 950 DUAL FAN
1TB Western Digital Blue
MSI H81M-P33
8GB Team Elite 1600mhz
1 80 mm fan
4 120mm fan

I'm kind of planning to go i5 in the future... Should I go with this and save up for an i5? Or should I go for the 620(in this case, my extra money will be gone for saving up, lol)

S12II 520w is a solid power supply, Seasonic's usually are and it will easily suffice for your system.

The S12II 520w is very good, but the 620w goes for the exact same price provided you're in the US, so I don't see a reason why not to go for that.
