I need more details of your system and what you use it for.

That UPS is rated for 650 VA, but only 325 Watts. Your PSU can consume at the max 450 W. And your monitor could take 40 W.
It's not a problem to consume more Watts than the UPS is rated for until the power goes out and it switches to battery power.

At the moment of losing power, if you're just writing a document or something, your computer isn't working that hard, so you probably are using less than 325 Watts and will be fine.
But if you are playing a game when you lose power, you might be consuming more Watts than this UPS model can handle, so it won't be able to support you on its battery.

I tried using wattage calculator from seasonic

The monitor has 30watts adapter.
Pretty sure the UPS 325 watt is sufficient.
It is the waveform that bothers me.
