Question Seasonic SGX-500 faulty?

May 14, 2020
My PC won't boot unless I turn off the PSU, unplug and replug the power cable , turn on the PSU. Then hit power button. It will boot up fine and everything seems okay. I recently built this rig about a week ago. I didn't have this issue before. I don't understand what is causing this issue. It's not normal right?

My PSU is Seasonic SGX-500 (500 Watt)

is it defective or a motherboard issue?
I did reached out to Seasonic Customer Support.
