Seasonic SS-400-ES vs Seasonic SS400BT PSU

I have a old cabinet in which there is a opening for fan next to the power chord. Seasonic SS-400-ES looks like it will fix in my cabinet. I'd like to know if there is any difference between Seasonic SS-400-ES and Seasonic SS400BT other than the fact that it has fan on the top?

From the looks of it, they're quite similar. I'd get one with more connections...these both only have a couple SATA connections a piece...
