I would chose the S1211 620 over that B unit EVGA.

But...

My recommendation for a PSU would be the Focus 550W, better than either.

Between those 2, the Seasonic S12II is a clear winner.
Or find either EVGA G2, Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus. All good high quality PSUs.

I would try to avoid both. Both have design flaws that other (more expensive) SeaSonic and EVGA psu's don't have.

The S12II does not have over current protection.
The 550W B3 is known to have lesser quality components than the 650W and up.

I would recommend this one instead.
