Seatools for dos detecting stop

I had problem with Harddisk which can not be recongized by Bios.

So I run the SeaTools for Dos (V2.23), but it was pending. I got following message from the Test Information and Results window:

Scanning for controllers....
Scanning for devices...
Scanning for devices on Generic PCI ATA...
Scanning for devices on Intel ICH6R....
------------------

It is pending, and waiting more than 10min, nothing happen. All other areas are empty or greyed.

Check the hard disk / controler settings in your BIOS. is this a new drive?

it is an old Harddisk. It worked perfected a few days ago untill I forced to power off because it hanged up (I did such onec a while when a program hanged up in the past).

I checked the BIOS and connect to other computers, same problem. Can not be recongnized.
