SeaTools for DOS

so my harddrive seems to be giving me issues and its failed the short drive self test on the seagate tools for windows program and i would like to know how to use the seagate tools DOS program, specifically it says i ened to burn the iso image to a CD but i dont have a cd drive installed in my computer.... would it be possible to install it on a usb?

You could try making a bootable flash drive, with Rufus (select freedos), it'll make it bootable. Then extract that ISO with something
