Second cheap monitor?

I have msi gtx 970 with VG248QE monitor but i want to have a second monitor for chatting and little stuff, im look for something very cheap help me with suggestations

Just buy one second hand, you should get a decent screen and decent size for half the price you would pay for a cheap monitor.
