Second display has no signal

I have a RTX 2070. There is an AOC moniter connected to the card with display port. This is the moniter with a display and is working. There is another LG moniter connected with HDMI to the card but it says no signal. This second moniter is also not appearing in the display settings. Please help

Hold Windows logo key and press P to open Projection mode.
Choose proper projection mode between four options.
You probably want Duplicate.
