Question Second Drive Not booting (showing up)

Hey guys New to the fourms, I recently upgraded my desktop pc to a ssd, in doing so i switched to achi, I cloned the hd to ssd but forgot to format the hdd, I would like to use the hdd as a secondary external drive but it is not showing up any where (my pc, disk management, or in 3rd party programs Killdisk) id there anything i can do to get my hdd to be recongnized, Thanks in Advance and stay safe out there

Can you connect the drive with another cable, port and if possible to a separate computer?Which is the model number of your drive?

Both cables are plugged into the drive or is this in a usb dock/enclosure?
Are the other ends of the cables plugged in? (not all power cables are detachable from the PSU)
Is Secure boot turned on in the bios? (try turning it off)
