ok so i just got my second EVGA GTX 260 (the first was DOA) and the new one is still doing the exact same thing. I power up the computer, all the fans start working EXCEPT the one on the card. I cannot get a video signal from the card. If I leave the computer running, the card will get hot but the fan never turns on. I am not sure if it is something i am doing wrong or if i have just recieved ANOTHER defective card can someone pls help me with this.

Probably a long shot.. but have you unplugged EVERYTHING bar your necessities to get your PC going (Motherboard, Graphics card, Front panel, hard drive with OS).

Pretty unlucky to get 2 defective cards in a row.

I've got the card locked into the PCIE slot. Both PCIE 6 pin cables plugged in and it just won't give me anything. Like i said the card got pretty hot and no fan. I'm not around my PC at the moment but ill have to try unplugging everything.
