So whatsup guys, I wanna assemble a new pc. I saw a second hand Gtx 1060 gaming x 6gb for €150, it looks like it has been maintained well. It is 2 years old.
But I thought does it make a big difference if I buy a new 1650 for €200. The cpu I wanna combine it with is a ryzen 5 360.

1650 or 1650 Super? There's a good performance gain with the Super (20+% in some cases), and should still be available <200EUR in a lot of Europe. Where are you located specifically?

A 1650 Super for ~180EUR should be an easy decision, it will beat out a 1060 by 5-10% in a lot of titles, or equal a 1060 6GB at worst. At 200EUR or a 1650 non-Super, it's a little less decisive.

Ok. Looks like you have a few variants (all single fan) for <180EUR..... At which point, the 1650Super is an easy choice

However, if you're comfortable at the 200EUR pricepoint, take a look at reviews for the 5500XT in games you play. Generally they're trade blows, with the 1650Super probably being the more conclusive 'winner', but it depends on the games you play.
