Second hand CPU

Hey, i found a CPU at a great price, but it's used and its warranty expires in May 2015. Should i buy it? I'm afraid that it may malfunction after it's out of warranty. I plan to have this CPU for at least 4 years.

As long the cpu has not been subjected to extreme conditions over a long time, it should still work. CPU rarely breaks if you not damaging it.

You can't guarantee that if the cpu has been overlocked or not. You have to trust the seller's words.
I got my cpu 2nd hand which works but the reason it was sold was that it was a bad overclocking chip.
