For 1500? It looks like you are in australia. I would look into a new system. Honestly, even if you look at AMD Ryzen 3, and a board you can overclock with, honestly I think if you could build a new box with a Ryzen 3, a B350 board, and the 1060, I don't think you'd be far behind that pc in performance, especially if you overclocked.

Keep in mind I'm from the US, so I realize your dollar is a different value than here. But for example, it looks like you can get the Ryzen 3 1200 for $139 there. It also looks like a GTX 1060 6gb is 399. On the other hand you can get an RX 580 4gb for about 20 less. I'm looking on a site called https://www.pccasegear.com/ that someone on another thread recommended. Do some poking around. You may find that in the same ballpark you might be able to get a new system that is close in performance.
