Second Hand Motherboard and CPU

im getting a second hand motherboard and cpu soon and the motherboard has windows 7 on it but my hard drive has windows 10 on it will there be any complications to this or can i just put a usb iso of windows 10 and install over the windows 7 on the motherboard? or format the hdd and then fresh install windows 10? thankyou in advance, also sorry for poor wording/ structure of question

Win 10 does win 7 doesn't you can put windows on a motherboard that has had it previously.

I have a question about windows 7 regarding different hardware: is going windows 7 to work with the new CPU from Intel and the upcoming from AMD or we will be forced for compatibility issues or performance to move to 8 or even win 10 as for other OS languages?

Technically kaby lake does not support win 7 originally ryzen supposedly did. However they haven't confirmed this. None of this means kaby won't work with 7 not ryzen. Just that if it doesn't they won't waste time fixing the issue

I apologize for using this space.
...Then, after asking, I found out some talk about this in the (mega) thread opened recently on ryzen here.
It is said (just as u say) that probably won't be supported but both your answer and what I read makes me think I will have to opt for "a less privacy" protector as Win 8 as OS (Win 10 is out of any chance that is going to be hosted in my computer for the same reason).

But this is other questions, more knowledge \info thirst and curiosity. I don't wanna brake rules, it's never polite and I too often do that. Best regards.
