[SOLVED] Second hand PSU (Corsair GS600) should i buy?

Hi guys, i got a great deal for a fairly low price from a person who is selling his corsair gs600, saying it was 2 years old, and the actual uses time was 18 months, and so far it hasn't had any issue. I want to know if a "second hand" gs600 would be reliable for my new gaming build(CPU: i5 8400, GPU: GTX 1060 ˊˊ6GB). I would be grateful if anyone would give me some advice. Thank you !

Most electronics run really well. Right up until the moment they die.
For a brand new system, I would not put in a second hand, second rate, PSU.

i am in Australia.

because this is my very first time trying to build a pc myself, so i went over budget really badly , I wanted to get it done with less than 800AUD (approx. 580USD), but now i have spend total of about 1100 AUD (approx. 810USD)..... (there was no rip off, just because when i was browsing through different hardware, i kept upgrading the parts i planned to get ), and now i start realizing, i have to get a brand new PSU at this stage.

I hope i can keep the money spend on this build as low as possible, but definitely don't want to use a doggy PSU, is there any quality and good value PSU?
