Second Hand Warranty

Hello,
So I think my GPU has broken, but its only 8 months old and I purchased it second hand. I have the original invoice though as the guy who sold it me gave me it, would I be able to get it sorted using this? Its from Overclockers UK and I only live like 5 miles away from where they are based.
