Second hard drive not being recognized now

I have a 500 gb hdd and a 3tb storage drive. I have been using both for about a year and today I turned off my computer to clean around it and turned it back on and suddenly my motherboard won't recognized more than one hard drive. If I unplug my 500gb hdd (the one with the OS) the second one does show up in the BIOS. Only when I have two connected one does not show up.

Weird I just restarted (for the 15th time) and then Windows started installing a driver and everything is working again. No idea what happened, I've used this drive for almost a year now.
