Question Second hard drive plugged in makes my screen black

So I have a second hard drive which also has a windows 10 OS installed(might be from a different computer), and I wanted it to become my second hard drive but anytime i plug it in the screen gets black with only the cursor visible.
I have tried methods like CTRL+ALT+DEL (which didn't work, wouldn't even appear) and even opened my hard drive but everything seems fine.
Any solutions? Ask more questions if you want some more insight.

Ryzen 5 2600
Rx 580 4gb sapphire pulse
8gb ddr4 t-force delta ram
Colourful b450m cvn gaming
samsung evo 1tb ssd

boot into bios and make sure the boot seq don't boot from this 2nd hdd

Yea i have tried that. Went into bios and couldnt see my ssd, so i turned on "UEFI and Legacy" and restarted, after that i see my ssd but when i went to proceed to windows 10 but then it says "No boot device detected"

so it doesn't boot with the ssd when you unplug the 2nd hdd?
