Question Second HDD not showing up after upgrading motherboard

After swapping by old ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance to my brother's ASRock AB350 pro4 my second HDD which is a WD 7200rpm 1TB does not show up anymore, even in the BIOS, however my Samsung 850 evo 250GB (Which is my boot drive) still works. I have already tried resetting the BIOS, updating the BIOS, swapping SATA cables, and power cables, I even tried a new WD 1 TB HDD, none of which will show up. It worked fine on my brother's old rig which also had and secondary WD 1TB HDD.

Does it show up in Disk Management? You may just need to assign a drive letter?

It does not show up in Disk Management, not even the BIOS shows it when I check.
