Second HDD suddenly disappeared, is it dead?

So today i noticed my second HDD had disappeared and was no longer showing up in the file browser.

Its not showing up in BIOS, not in CMD, not in disk managment, not in device manager. Its completely gone.


So is it safe to asume its dead or?

Connect it to another SATA port and if it still doesn't show up, then it probably died.
