Question Second M.2 SSD not visible in Win 10

Hi All,

Purchased a second M.2 SSD

Intel 660P 1TB M.2-2280 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe QLC 3D NAND

The drive shows in the Bios but Win 10 does not recognise it. I have looked in Device manager and it does not show under Disk Drives. It is not available in Disk Management or storeage space under control panel.

Th e OS is running off an M.2 SSD with no problems :
Samsung 970 PRO Polaris 512GB M.2 2280 PCI-e 3.0 x4 NVMe.

The two drives are attached using Asus ROG DIMM.2

ROG DIMM.2 module/ expansion card that allows two M.2 drives to be connected via a DDR4 interface.

Any ideas?

Asus ROG Maximus XI Extreme Intel Z390

The OS is currently running on a Samsung 970 PRO Polaris 512GB M.2 2280 PCI-e 3.0 x4 NVMe Solid State Drive which is inserted to the other input on the same ROG DIMM.2 module/ expansion card that allows two M.2 drives to be connected via a DDR4 interface.

I have the same board and am looking to do this. Did you manage to figure this one out?
Also does the pcie slot go to only x8?
