Second M.2 SSD Showing in BIOS but not windows

Just installed a second M.2 SSD. It's showing up in BIOS but can't see it as a drive in windows. Any idea how to solve this? They are in the top two M.2 slots.

Also I just tried to change my GPU to the bottom PCIe Slot but it won't start (lights, fans, picture).

Any help would be great!

Have you opened the disk management utility and initialized it?
