Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Can you please mention the make and models of your SSD's? What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? Processor that's paired with your motherboard?
Thanks Lutfij

On second thoughts, please pass on the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
include the age of the PSU as well.

You are on the latest BIOS version for your board. Is the OS residing on only one SSD?

1 x M.2_1 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280/22110 (supports PCIe 3.0 x4 & SATA modes)*
1 x M.2_2 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 2.0 x4 mode)**

*M.2_1 shares bandwidth with SATA6G_56. When M.2_1 is populated, SATA6G_56 will be disabled.
**When M.2_2 is occupied, PCIe x16_2, PCIe x1_1, and PCIe x1_2 will be disabled

Can you state which slots are populated with which drive? One of your M.2 slots operate at (PCIE 2.0 x4)(per the motherboard specs page+the manual), so in that regards, you should've gotten a 2.5" SSD instead of the Samsung 980 as it'd be running at PCIe 2x4 speeds, if the other slot was functional that is.

İ understand that in this case, i can't use Samsung 980 in my M.2_2 port because it's PCIe 3.0x4 ssd.

So that when i try to install my old PCIe 3.0x4 ssd to M.2_2 slot my problem continuing.

İf i install PCI 2.0x4 M2 ssd, i can run my system normally
