This is an odd one. First the specs obviously.

i5 4670K (coolermaster hyper 212)
Asus Z97 AR
EVGA GTX 970 SSC
16 GB Kingston Fury 1866
EVGA 600B PSU
NZXT H440 case
Windows 10 64 bit Home
2 SSD SAmsung drives for OS and large games
1 WD Black 1TB
9 fans when you consider 2 on the cooler 3 intake 4 out take.

So I have a 2 display set up. My main display is an ACER 24" G Sync hooked up through DPI (sorry dont kill me I dont remember the model number) My second screen is an HDMI monitor from Asus. That one I just keep secondary stuff on and quite frankly I dont NEED it at the moment.

Here is the weird thing. I recently upgraded my old wireless card to a TP Link 4800 N900 Dual band wireless card.

It worked just fine on my Asrock Z87 board (I was waiting for my MSI Z97 board to be returned via RMA) for a couple of days, downloading at 11+ MB/s in steam.

Then I get my Z97 board back and its closer to 6 MB. I accidentally unplug my hdmi monitor and bam it shoots up, then plug it back in and craters. Did this about 20 times to confirm. So I go to Microcenter and get the brand new Asus Z97 listed above. Same deal as the MSI board.

Ive tried moving the card into different PCI-e slot. Same thing persists.

I also noticed that the led on this wireless adapter isnt on.

Bad wireless adapter?

What do yall think is the deal here? Is my PSU not able to power all these things?

GPU going bad?

The EVGA 600b is not that good so it is possible it has having issues.
You could try switching to internal graphics and removing the GPU.
If it runs just fine that way then it could be a power issue.

Have you tried replacing the HDMI cable to see if it has bad EMI?

Are the wifi antennas on the back of the case or have sma cables running up above the PC?

And I have to say it, its a crime putting a high end PC like that on wifi. Naturally wired Ethernet is best but even a 600 mbps powerline adapter should get you better real world speed then wifi.

Yeah, I know having wifi on a rig like this isn't ideal, but the wife doesn't want cables running up the wall in the living room and into my office. And I can attest to the phrase "happy wife, happy life" as well as anyone
