Question second monitor looks blurry/bad

So i have one 1440p 144hz monitor as the main display and 1080p 60hz as thr secondary display, when they both are plugged in the second monitor looks awful like blurry, but when i only have the secondary plugged in it looks fine like it should. Please help

It's maybe because they are different resolutions and refresh rates, but I don't know what to do. Maybe other will help.
