[SOLVED] Second monitor not being detected correctly

My second monitor isn't being detected properly. It's plugged in but there's no signal to it at all.
It's from my old setup as I bought a new computer recently. It uses a DVI connection and I bought a DVI to HDMI cable to be able to use it with my new PC as there's no DVI port on the 3080Ti.
I've returned the cable and exchanged it for another one thinking the cable was faulty but I'm getting the same problem with the new one.
The cable doesn't work in either my new PC or old one. But the monitor works fine with my old PC with the original DVI cable.
It's a QNIX qx2710 if that makes any difference.

It shows up in the Nvidia Control Panel, but I'm unable to tick the box next to it.

Shows up in Windows Display settings also but not properly.

Why not use the Display Port that both GPU & Qnix have? or do you have a version without the DP port?

I have the older version that doesn't come with a display port or hdmi port.

Possibly you need an active adapter

If you're in a rush, check your local Bestbuy, that's where I got my insignia ones from a few years ago.
