Question Second Monitor not working.

I built my first PC and I have two issues going on. First is randomly i will stop receiving signal to my monitor. Shutting it off, unplugging, restarting the PC doesn't work. It will work again eventually but i usually shut down my PC and don't come back for awhile. I had this problem for awhile and I can't remember what i did to fix it but stopped receiving this problem. I just recently bought a Optix G27C4W monitor. I hooked this up via HDMI cable and it worked. However the same issue came back. I stopped receiving signal from my AMD Radeon RX 5700. Even switching monitors does not help.

Problem number 2
I just bought a display port cable to use both monitors at once. Windows will not detect the other monitor via display port. Please help.

When having both the HDMI and DP plugged into the monitor. I tried using OSD to switch from HDMI to DP. Nothing worked.

I resolved the DisplayPort issue. It wasn't plugged in properly. Still need help with the graphics card randomly stop working.
