Second monitor stuck at 640x480 resolution!

Hello, I'm having a problem recently where my second "monitor" won't go above 640x480 resolution. I say "monitor" because it's an all-one-PC that I'm using as my second monitor. It's only recently started doing this and I've found no solution to this problem. I've tried using the virtual super resolution thing in the AMD Catalyst Control Center, but I can't even turn it on. The drop down menu for resolution isn't even there. It just shows the resolution as 640x480 and I can't drop it down.

GPU - R9 290
My main monitor is connected with a DVI-D and my all-in-one is with a HDMI

Check in device manager and see if it has a yellow ! icon. Did it need a driver? Did you try to change port and see if it changes? Reinstall gpu drivers?
