second page

have buy an epson c 46 when i have put in a ricaricable compatibles color
black
i have same problems to stamp the second page , an error say , there is
same paper block in your macchine
can be the problem dipend from the ricaricable bòack compatibles
if i buy an original i resolve te problem?
tank you for any chiarifications?

Is the message on the monitor when this occurs stating you have a paper
jam? or is some LED lamp lighting and you are reading in the manual that
it has a paper jam?

A common cause of false paper jams are the lubricant for the head
carriage unit gets too dry or dirty. TO fix this, place a few drops of
lightweight machine oil the bushing and spread a couple of drops over
the chrome bar the head carriage rides on, and see if that helps.
