[SOLVED] Using two PSUs - - second one turns off when first one is turned on?

Can someone help me. Im using 2 power supply, the first one is used to power my motherboard, Hdd, etc. and the second one is just dedicated to my video card. Now here is the problem, when I turn on my AVR, my second power supply turns on, but when i turn on my first power supply, the second PSU magically turn off.

Two PSUs and turning them on/off via an AVR? This sounds like a hot mess.
