Second Seagate Internal Hard Drive not working

I recently bought an additional Seagate 2TB Desktop HHD to add to my Seagate Barracuda 1TB HHD yet it is not reading when I go to Computer. As far as I know I have used the Sata cable correctly but with the power cable, I am using the same one that I am using with the 1TB as it has three Storage power slots coming out of the one cable form the power supply. I am unsure what I am doing wrong and if I need to provide any additional information I will give it to solve this

Does it show in the BIOS? If not, it is not connected properly
If it does, does it show in Disk Management? If so, then right click, select Initialize.

What would Hard Drives be under in the BIOS? i have an Asus motherboard
Edit : Found where the HHD should be in the BIOS, it is not recognized. Does this mean that the Sata is not connected properly or power?
