Second set questions regarding building a pc for first time.

With the great help of http://www.tomshardware.com/community/profile-1766726.htm, I was able to improve dramatically my choices. However, I still have a few questions and, since this website seems to totally rock, I supposed you, captains, would bear with me for a second post. My goal is for my pc to be last around 8 years and to be able to stream a bit without the quality to be totally shit. I don't necessarily want to play everything on ultra as I am more of a competitive player. Therefore, I like games like cs go, mobas and even MMOs.

Don't think about the dream pc because it's too expensive for me as I have a budget of 1200-1300 canadian dollars. The dream pc was only to see what I would do if I wanted to put more money into this project.

Questions:
1)I was wondering what you guys were thinking about this to have a second advice. One of my friends told me to get the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 instead of the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X. Which one is the better choice?

2)The same friend also told me to replace the SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply with EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply. Which one is the better choice ?

3) Is the case and fan enough to overclock this processor in the future ?(20% to 30%) Room temperature is usually 18degrees to 30 degrees, depending if it is the winter. If not could you guys give me suggestions ? I don't know anything about cases nor do I know anything about cpu coolers.

If you notice anything in this build that can be improved(mobo, ram or anything, really), don't be shy to tell me. I don't want you guys to search for me, but if one of you, captains, can think about parts to improve the machine I would be very happy, as I am open to every suggestion. I think this current build could maybe be downgraded to save some money, but I am not sure where to cut if I want my goals to be fulfilled.

2) For one gtx970, 500W is fine. For 2 970's you need 750W.

3) You should be able to get a 10% overclock from the i5 with the CM cooler. The case is big enough for one 970. For 2, I'd get the Enthoo Pro from Phanteks.

Everything else looks fine.
